How many dogs are there on a group walk?

There are normally 3 or 4 dogs on a group walk. The maximum amount we would take out is six but that would be very rare.

Will I meet my dog walker?

Yes. Your dog walker will visit you for an initial visit. During this visit you get a chance to ask questions, and we get a chance to get to know your dog and find out about their likes and dislikes.

Can I have my dog walked out of hours?

Yes – as long as we are available. We try to accommodate our clients as much as possible. There is a surcharge for out of hours walks.

What happens if I need to cancel a walk or visit?

We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. Please give us a call and confirm with an email. There is a 50% charge if the required notice is not possible.

Do I have to be in when you collect or drop off my dog?

No you don’t need to be in but you do need to give us a means of access.

How will my pet be transported?

Your dog will be transported in our purpose build van. Our van has air conditioning and electric ventilation. The cages have escape hatches and there is a ramp for the less spritely dogs. If you live close to one of the walk locations then your dog may be walked to the park.

Will my dog always have the same dog walker?

If we need to change your dog walker for any reason we will inform you first. We will never allow a different walker access to your dog or house without your permission.

Do you clean up any ‘accidents’ my dog may have had in the house?

Yes. As long as you have shown us where to find your cleaning materials, we will clean up any mess.

Will you clean up after my dog on a walk?

Absolutely. We clean up all dog mess immediately and dispose of it appropriately.

Where do you walk the dogs?

We take them to a variety local and country parks.

I’ve not had my dog neutered / spayed.  Is this a problem?

Not at all but please do let up know if your dog comes in season as this will affect both the dog groupings and routes we choose.

Does my dog need to be vaccinated?

Yes. For the health and wellbeing of the dogs we care for, we ask that dogs are up to date with their vaccinations, worming and flea treatment. We understand that it can be difficult to keep track of flea and worm treatments and so we are happy to take over administering them if the required permissions are signed and the treatments provided.

Do you take photos on the walks?

If you would like photo updates of your dog’s walk please let us know. We are happy to send images via Whatsapp.

If my dog gets wet, will you dry it?

Yes, we will dry your dog and wipe its paws before letting it back into your house.

What if the dogs don’t like each other?

We are very careful in our grouping of dogs. In the unlikely event of an altercation we are trained in how to manage the situation.

Can I use your service if I don’t need regular walks?

Absolutely. We appreciate that all our clients have different needs and we try to be as flexible as possible.

Do you dog sit?

No, sorry.

What happens if the weather is bad?
